Oven Tips : Switch your oven off a few minutes before your food is ready - it will stay hot enough to finish cooking the food.

Track down specials and buy in bulk. Buying in bulk means less trips, and can be a good way of reducing your food miles.


Cooking safety

Turn saucepan handles so they don't stick out (and aren't over another ring).
If you're called away from the cooker - by the phone, say, or by someone at the door - take pans off the heat. It's the easiest thing in the world to forget about them.

1 pk Chocolate or double fudge

-Alba 77 1 tb Flour

1 pk Sugar twin (not Equal or

-Sweet n'low) ds Molly McButter or other -butter flavoring 1 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Vanilla

2 dr Rum, almond, or coconut ext.
