The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet invented by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented this diet as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss systems.
Good foods include, lean beef, skinless poultry, clams, ricotta cheese, peanuts, lowfat milk and certain vegetables, like chickpeas, cabbage and spinach.

2 Cups Cinnamon Chips - Small cut 6-1/2 oz

2 Cups Cloves - Whole 6-1/2 oz

1 Cup Calamus Root 2-1/2 oz

1 Cup Rosemary - Whole -- (Spice Section)

-- 1-3/4 oz OIL: Christmas or Evergreen or Bayberry

Blend all.
