Low calorie diet

In short, the low calorie diet says that if you intend to reduce weight, the important thing to eat less calories than your body requires.

Definition of a calorie?
The calorie is a unit for measuring food's ability to produce heat and energy. The calorie is the the energy required to increase the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at normal atmospheric pressure. If something contains more calories, then it will turn into more energy to use when your body burns it.

Low-cal food types include boiled potatoes, tomato, apricot, steak and burger based meals, and white eggs.

BROWNIES 1/2 c Butter

2 c Sugar

4 Eggs

1 1/2 c Flour

1/3 c Cocoa

1 c Chopped peanuts

1 t Vanilla

2 c Marshmallows

1/2 c Peanut butter chips

1 c Crushed Do-Si-Do cookies

ICING 1/2 c Butter

1 lb Powdered sugar

1/2 c Cocoa

1 c Chopped peanuts

1/2 c Evaporated milk

BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.

ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
