The Glycaemic Index Diet
The glycaemic index weight loss regime is based on the glycaemic index, a list showing food types and a score representing the speed that the energy in the food gets converted to glucose in your system. The claim is that slow release types of food (ie with a low Glycaemic score), keep you satiated for longer and help to eat fewer food without being miserabl;e.
It's also very efficient for folk with diabetes, as the low GI foods are beneficial in managing rises in blood sugar amount.
