1eachegg
1teaspoonlemon extract
1teaspoonsoda
1/3cupsugar
2/3cuphoney
2 3/4cupflour
1teaspoonsalt

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Chill dough 2-3 hours. Roll out dough and cut. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
