The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan created by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which encourages that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented his weight loss regime for people who have cardiac problems, based on his detailed study of scientific research completed on other nutritional studies.
Good foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey breast, shellfish, parmesan cheese, pistachios, lowfat or nonfat milk and some vegatables, such as butter beans, cucumbers and turnips.

1 cn Tomato paste

1/4 pt Marjoram

3 c Water

1/4 pt Oregano

3 pt Cooking oil

1/2 pt Brown sugar

1/4 c Raw onions (chopped)

1 pt Black pepper

1 Clove garlic (chopped)

1 pt Parmesan cheese (grated)

Combine ingredients in a 1 qt sauce pan and cook for 30-40 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 4 12" Pizzas.
